I walk nicely on a lead
Dee Dee
Age: 3 years approxSex: FemaleBreed: Springer SpanielAdoption fee: £200.00
Dee Dee came to the centre via an inspector after she was found collapsed and abandoned in a field. Dee Dee was emaciated with a horrific wound to the leg which had become severely infected and was slowly poisoning her body. Dee Dee was rushed to the vets to receive the emergency treatment she needed to save her life. Dee Dee is a little fighter and has made a miraculous recovery.
Sadly it has left her with some issues with her back legs for which she will need pain relief for, her xrays show some kind of bone change that will never improve. Dee Dee does not let this affect her zest for life and in true spaniel style is a happy always on the go little girl, her exercise is restricted due to her issues so adopters will need to come up with different ideas on how to keep her mentally stimulated.
Dee Dee is an absolutely fantastic dog with a really sweet nature, she kind, gentle and very lovable, she is a little shy when meeting new people which is totally understandable after all she has been through. Dee Dee will make someone a really great addition to the family. She is on pain relief which will be on going.
Dee Dee is suitable to live with another calm dog and will need an adult only home.
