Flicka is a sweet little cat who came to the centre via an inspector after her previous owner could no longer meet her needs. When Flicka first arrived here at the centre she was completely overwhelmed and shut down, she was just so scared and just wanted to hide away from the world. She would quickly run off as soon as we approached her cubicle, it was heart breaking for us to see her so scared. With lots of time, patience and buckets of love Flicka has now started to relax and begin to trust us. She is a different cat altogether and stays in her bed while we stroke her and is happy to see us. 

Flicka is now ready to start her search for her forever home with adopters who will love and cherish her and keep her safe. We are looking for adopters with a quiet lifestyle who will let her settle in her own time. They will need a spare room to dedicate to her while she settles. Flicka has lived with other cats before so could probably live with another cat.

She will need to be a permanent house cat in an adult only home.
