Adopt an animal

Pop

Age: 8 months approxSex: MaleBreed: Large Crossbreed

Found their forever home!

Pop is a sweet boy who came to the centre via an inspector after he was found abandoned in a ditch along with three other dogs. He was quite understandably cautious and a bit shy when meeting new people, he is settling in well and coming out of his shell. Due to his traumatic past, Pop will need adopters who has the time and patience to give him while he adjusts to living in a home environment.

Pop has been described by his carers as ' a brilliant dog dog with lots of potential '. After such a traumatic start to life, Pop is now learning to love life and live it to the max. He has so much still to learn about the outside world but with his new adopter by his side he is ready and willing. Pop will need adopters who are enthusiastic and willing to continue with his training and helping him grow in confidence. Once he knows you he is a real snuggle bug who absolutely loves his cuddles and affection.

Adopters will be able to meet with our behaviourist before adoption to give him the best chance of settling in to his new home. He is best suited to being the only dog in an adult only home.
