Adopt an animal

Russell

Age: 8 months approxSex: MaleBreed: LurcherAdoption fee: £200.00

Russell is a sweet and lively boy who came to the centre via an inspector in pretty poor condition. Russell is now on the road to recovery and ready to start his search of a forever home with a family who will love him forever.

Russell is still a young lad, sadly he has been passed around numerous times in his short life so has never had any stability in his life, he has never had the chance to know how it feels to just belong. He has been let down all his life so we are now looking for a family who will help him make up for lost time.

He will benefit from some further training, he can get a little over excited and this can lead to him being a little boisterous but again this is easily overcome with some training and stability. Russell is happy guy who loves to live life to the max, he loves being out and about with his people and is looking forward to a lifetime of adventures with his new family. He is an active boy who will need his family to be equally active so he does not get too bored. He really will make an amazing addition to the family.

Russell could live with another dog, so long as they match his zest for life and could live with children aged 13 years and over.

My personality...

I need training how to sit nicely (and then I can master the rest)

I need teaching that it’s ok to be alone

I could live with children of secondary school age

I may be able to live with another dog
