As the country moves out of lockdown and our charity shops begin to re-open we will be restarting our home collection service for donations. We need to make sure we're taking every possible step to ensure that the safety of our staff, volunteers and customers is maintained.
For the foreseeable future we will be operating our at home collection service under the following guidelines.
What precautions are your delivery drivers taking to ensure I don’t get Coronavirus?
Our drivers are following all Government advice. As such, your driver will call you ahead of arriving at your property to double-check if you’re isolating or not.
We ask that donations are placed outside of the property to minimise the level of contact between our driver and members of the public. If your donations cannot be placed outside for example due to poor weather we ask you to wait in another room whilst they collect your donation. Our drivers will be using hand sanitiser before and after every collection and will be wearing a mask when making collections.
We’re taking a sensible approach to the evolving situation with Coronavirus by following all Government advice to make sure we can continue to serve our customers and protect our people.
The Collection Process
Covid-19 Questionnaire for Donation Collection
The following list of questions will be asked to potential donors when they call to arrange an at home collection time.
If you answer yes to any of the above, then unfortunately we are unable to arrange a collection at this time.

From donations to volunteering, we need help to care for the animals that are brought to us, for so many different reasons.
